I Am Invincible x Fighting Flyer '17

Sire: I Am Invincible

Dam: Fighting Flyer

Type: Yearling Colt

Ciaron struck hard and early at the Ingils Easter Yearling Sale and ultimately found some value in this good looking son of I Am Invincible, securing him for $340,000.

A high-quality individual with a very attractive head he is by Australia’s hottest sire in I Am Invincible who recently leveled the record, currently at 26 and held by Danehill and Snitzel, for the most individual stakes winners in a domestic season. With a few months to run in the season he could well surpass this number and hold the mantle to himself.

With good size and scope there is plenty of natural improvement to come in this mid-November born foal who looks as though he will furnish into a striking mid-late 2 year-old. Out of a Fastnet Rock mare who as a broodmare sire is responsible for the likes of Santa Ana Lane, Tivaci and Omei Sword, Fighting Flyer is a daughter of the dual Group 1 winning Champion 2 year-old Desert Flight and she is a 3/4 sister to Group winners Kebede and Panzer Division.
